Who is This Programme For?
This programme is suitable for women who have their ‘foundations’ already in place, that have connection to their core and pelvic floor, and want to take their fitness to the next level.
It is suitable for women who want to workout from the comfort of their own home at a time to suit them, it’s great for women who have issues with childcare as it gives them the flexibility to workout when they choose!
- Ultimately it is for women who want to be motivated, challenged and supported in developing strength, power and fitness.

- You Do Not have to be a Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman Graduate to attend.

Athlete 12 is 100% Online so you can train wherever you are (provided you can access the internet)
Step One - Screening: If you are ready to take your fitness to the next level, please book in below. You will be asked to complete a prescreen form to make sure that the course is right for you right now. If not, you may be better off with our foundation programme first, to make sure you don't make any pelvic floor or core issues worse.
Step Two - Kit: Once you have signed up, and you're cleared to start, you will receive your resistance band kit and dumbbells in the mail.
Step Three - Set Up & Fitness Test: The programme will start with SET UP, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks including taking your Fitness Test, measurements (if you want to) and logging your start point.
Step Four - Be Awesome! Join Amy in the VIP Facebook Group for support during the next 12 weeks.
Each week you will meet Amy for our weekly Zoom class for 1 hour. You will need the free basic zoom package for this.
You will also be guided through an additional workout by programme creator Jenny Burrell, so you actually have the benefit of two Coaches for the entire 12 weeks! AND you can do this workout at ANYTIME! BONUS!
Every single week, the workout is progressed so that you get FITTER, FASTER AND STRONGER.
We will complete a Fitness Test in weeks 1, 6 & 12 to track your progress.
As long as you commit to the the training, you will improve.
