Athlete 12 Programme

Welcome to Holistic Core Restore ® Athlete 12.


12 weeks of upping your game,upping the intensity & upping the effort.


In 12 weeks, you will get fitter, faster, stronger and be able to go for longer,  because you’ve built a strong HCR® foundation.


Now, you’re ready to roll!

Excitingly, you can access this programme 100% online with Amy as your coach.


Once you have your foundation in place and the time is right for you to work harder, this will be heroic!

You truly will enter ‘athlete mode’ with this programme and have a lot of fun getting probably the fittest you’ve ever been.

To take part in this programme, you’ll need a few additional and inexpensive items of exercise kit such as small dumbbells.


A full kit list is given on application.


  • This programme is suitable for women who have their ‘foundations’ already in place, that have connection to their core and pelvic floor, and want to take their fitness to the next level.

  • It is suitable for women who want to workout from the comfort of their own home at a time to suit them, it’s great for women who have issues with childcare as it gives them the flexibility to workout when they choose!

  • Ultimately it is for women who want to be motivated, challenged and supported in developing strength, power and fitness.
  • If you feel like it’s time for you to reawaken the athlete in you….THIS PROGRAMME IS FOR YOU!​

  • You Do Not have to be a Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman Graduate to attend.

  • If you don't have any pelvic floor or core issues, then this course is great!

  • If required, we can work 1:1 to get you from where you are now to where you want to be.


  • Athlete 12 is 100% Online so you can train wherever you are (provided you can access the internet)

  • Step One - Screening: If you are ready to take your fitness to the next level, please complete this prescreen form to make sure that the course is right for you right now.  If not, you may be better off with our foundation programme first.

  • Step Two - Kit: Once you have signed up, and you're cleared to start, you will receive your resistance band kit in the mail.  Some kit you will need to source yourself, such as dumbbells.  We recommend this kit from The Warehouse to start with.   (If you have completed a previous course, you will already have it.)

  • Step Three - Set Up & Fitness Test: The programme will start with SET UP, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks including taking your Fitness Test, measurements (if you want to) and logging your start point. 

  • Step Four - Be Awesome!  Join Amy in the VIP Facebook Group for support during the next 12 weeks.  

  • Each week you will complete our 20 minute progressed workout, as well as a 10 minute body weight workout to suit you when you're feeling short on time.  This will be delivered via the Connect, Health App.

  • You will also be guided through an additional workout by programme creator Jenny Burrell, so you actually have the benefit of two Coaches for the entire 12 weeks! BONUS!

  • Every single week, the workout is progressed so that you get FITTER, FASTER AND STRONGER. 

  • We will complete a Fitness Test in weeks 6 & 12 to track your progress. 

  • As long as you commit to the the training, you will improve.
