So once you have your FOUNDATION in place and the time is right for you to work harder…..this will be heroic! You truly will enter ‘athlete mode’ with this programme and have a lot of fun getting probably the fittest you’ve ever been
So, How Does it Work?
This programme runs for 12 weeks where you will meet me (Amy) via Facebook, and complete your additional ‘weekly delivered’ online core restore home workouts, which are approximately 20 minutes in duration and progressed weekly.
You will be guided through these additional workouts by programme creator Jenny Burrell, so you actually have the benefit of two Coaches for the entire 12 weeks! BONUS!
The programme will start with SET UP, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks including taking your Fitness Test and logging your start point measurements.

This course is unsuitable if you have the following:
Recently had gynaecological surgery (eg hysterectomy, hernia, prolapse repair etc)
Recently post natal
Diastasis Recti (tummy gap),
If you have any of the above, please book an initial consultation to discuss which training programme is suitable for you.
If you don't have any issues and are deemed fit to continue, you will receive your log in to receive your online workouts.
If you require a resistance band kit, this will be delivered during the set up week.

1 x Spiky Massage Ball
1 x Resistance Rope w/o Handles
1 x Resistance Rope with Handles
1 x Flat Resistance Band
1 x Mini Band
(Above Items Included in "Resistance Band Kit")
2 x Plastic Cups / Beakers
A Pair Dumbbells - to be increased as the weeks progress.
Weeks 1 & 2 - 1-2 kg each
Weeks 3-6 - 2 kg each
Weeks 6-10 - 3 kg each
Weeks 10-12 - 4-5 kg each
If you do not have a supply of bands from a previous HCR® Course, you will receive them during set up week
