WHAT'S INVOLVED?

While this programme is designed to be safe for all women, please make sure that you have clearance from your lead maternity carer or midwife before you start this, or any other exercise programme during pregnancy.

Our online membership portal is split into trimesters, so that you can easily see where to start, no matter where you are on your pregnancy journey.

Appropriate Workouts for Your Stage in Pregnancy.

Each workout & movement video ranges from 5-20 minutes, with the average being around 10 minutes long.

This programme is currently available as an online & self guided while your coach Amy is on maternity leave.  

As this is an online programme, please assure that you have adequate space to perform the exercises.  We cannot be held responsible for any injuries.

  • Shortness of breath before starting exercise

  • Muscle weakness

  • Calf pain or swelling

  • Regular, painful contractions of the uterus

  • How do I get support if it's all online?
    Once you have signed up, you will be invited to join our online support group. In there, you will have access to you coach, along with the support of fellow members.
  • I'm worried about miscarriage. Can I join in the 2nd trimester instead?
    Absolutely! You won't miss out by starting later and you'll still have access to all trimesters if you'd like to look back. Even if your lead maternity carer gives you the all clear, it's still up to you to decide when you're ready.
  • Will I need clearance before joining the membership?
    While this membership is quite gentle on the body, there are challenging elements too. For our peace mind and yours, we do recommend that you speak to your lead maternity carer before joining.
  • Do you offer a trial?
    Yes. There is a free 7 day trial. You will be charged your first payment, 7 days after signing up.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    When joining, you will have 7 days free. This gives you time to complete our pre-screen and have a look around. If you decide that you don't want to continue, or if your pre-screen raises some red flags, you can cancel your membership. You will not be charged if you cancel within the first 7 days. As you can join this membership at any stage of your pregnancy, there is no minimum term and you can cancel at anytime. Cancellation will mean that you have no further access to the membership and the support group. There are no refunds.
  • How do I book?
    Simply click on the "book now" button. You can choose between a single class or a weekly payment for our VIP Membership which includes access to our live classes plus on demand workouts for you to do in your own time between sessions or in the school holidays.
  • Where is this class available?
    This class is currently being run in Pokeno during term time.
  • Is this suitable after I've had a baby?
    Yes. Please wait at least 6 weeks (8 for a c-section) before commencing a new exercise programme and gain clearance from your Lead Maternity Carer or Dr before starting any workouts. I also highly recommend visiting a pelvic floor physio before beginning. If you require specific help with your pelvic floor, if incontinence/diastasis recti/prolapse is an issue, please email me at info@connecthealth.fitness to discuss bespoke coaching.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    As this is a class where kids are welcome, I understand that sickness happens and you may need to stay home with them. If you fail to attend or let me know before the start time, you forfeit that session.
  • Do I need my own equipment?
    Equipment is provided, however it is nice to have your own. Especially if you would like to follow our on demand workouts in between sessions. If you have completed an Everywoman programme, you will already have most of the kit and are welcome to bring it along.
  • What if I can't get to a live class?
    If you can't make it to a class, want to add to your class, or live outside of the area, this programme is also available on demand. Simply join our VIP Membership to gain access to this program and more.
