This is an on demand library of workouts that are suitable for mums who are ready to regain core strength and overall fitness again. Every week, you will receive a new recording of the workout of the week. There will be 1 x 45 minute full workout which will also be split into the individual sections (mobility, pelvic floor & core, strength, hiit, downtraining & cool down) for days when you don't have much time. We will use weights and resistance bands in most of our workouts, so please have some to hand. You can use tins of beans or purchase weights from our shop. Over time we will also include videos on lifestyle, nutrition and recovery. Please join our group so you can ask questions and request videos or alternative exercises.
