A deep assessment is required to start with then a programme that focuses on nutrition for healing, the woman’s breathing strategy and postural alignment, all need to be considered BEFORE we apply exercise and load.

In Holistic Core Restore® our role is to deeply guide you in a process that will improve the way your belly looks, feels and works, rid yourself of backpain, and reconnect you to your pelvic floor muscles, so that you both feel and function better.
Overall, we’re in the business of ‘bringing you back home to your body’!
This Programme is For Women Who:
• want to understand your body, get to know why this happens and learn how to work with your body to heal it.
• want to connect the dots between your breathing, posture and possible back pain and Pelvic Floor dysfunction.
• want a 100% bespoke programme where the coach is with you all of the way. Ensuring your progress towards your goal and also that your route to success is adjusted as required.
• know that healing is an inside out job and want to work with a coach that employs can do strategies and a whole body approach.
• Once you have decided that this programme is for you and booked your first session, you will receive a link to our pre-screening form. Please complete this before your first session so that I can prepare for the appointment.
• This programme is delivered 1:1 online via zoom. Please be sure that you have a tripod handy and zoom downloaded on your phone.
• We work together in 10 week blocks during term time. Meeting once a week to keep you on track along your healing journey. The first session is always 90 minutes to go over goals for the term.
• After your first session, you will receive a few simple items of exercise equipment so that you have everything you need to succeed.
• You will be prescribed key nutrition, lifestyle and/or exercise homework to follow in between sessions.
This will help to maximise your results.
• Because a Diastasis is as individual as the woman experiencing it. Each session will be tweaked and tailored to fit your needs & meet you exactly where you're at now.
• I will also be available to you between sessions via our online support group, to make sure that you are managing well. Extra sessions are available for booking at a discount should you need more specific help.
