Cancellation Policy

1:1 Coaching While I understand that life is unpredictable: I require at least 12 hours notice if you can't make it to your appointment so that I can reschedule/refund you and open up the slot to someone else. No refunds or rescheduling for failure to show, or give adequate notice. 10 Week Group Courses: As this is a group programme, we cannot give refunds for missed sessions. If you don't show up, you do risk missing out on valuable work. If you do need to cancel the course for any reason, we need a minimum of 12 hours notice to be refunded for the upcoming session. You will then be refunded for the remaining sessions, minus $90 for your kit (if cancelled before 5 weeks). You will also be immediately removed from any homework portals.
