Service Description
Join Amy, for a weekly workout expertly designed for mums new and old. This class features exercises especially designed to help mums: * Build core strength. * Improve pelvic floor function. * Build overall strength. So that they can: * Lift baby without getting a sore hurting back. * Get up and down off the floor or out of a chair while holding baby. * Have a functioning bladder. * Play with the kids without running out of puff. * Increase metabolism * Burn calories. Each session combines a mixture of strength & interval training, using a variety of equipment and bodyweight exercises. All while supporting and strengthening your pelvic floor & core. There will be bodyweight options for every exercise. If you want to add a boost your workout, you can buy the equipment used in our shop. Can't make it to a live class? Become a VIP member for access to our library of on demand workouts This includes unlimited free booking to the classes when you can make it Zoom meeting will be open 5 minutes before the class to help you to get set up.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy 1:1 Appointments: I take time to plan your session and therefore require at least 12 hours notice of any bookings/cancellation. Cancellations under 12 hours result in a bill for 50% payment. You will be billed for the full amount if you simply don't turn up. Classes: If you plan on attending an early morning (6/7am) class, please book before 9pm the day before. If nobody books by then, I will turn my alarm off and have a lie in. 9:30am classes can be booked up to 1 hour before. You Must Book Every Class You Attend In Advance If nobody books, I don't turn up. If you can't make a class, please log in and cancel your booking so that a spot becomes available for someone else.
