This is such a yummy substitute for coffee in the mornings! It definitely has that zing!
Now, a blender isn't going to work for this. So if you don't have a juicer, go out and get one! You won't regret it!
1 Green Apple
1/4 Lemon (skin on)
Ginger (to taste) - I like to use 1/2 tsp of crushed ginger from the jar
Juice everything and serve
It's really that simple! Have a play with the recipe and add more or less lemon and ginger to taste.
