Then join Holistic Core Restore coach, Amy as she demystifies  the pelvic floor and core while you have a cup of tea and a cake.  

This workshop is for women who are interested to find out more about their pelvic floor. 

It will be of relevance to every woman, at every life stage, not just Mums.   - New mums,  - not so new mums,  - mums who have waved their babies off out of the nest  - those who have never had children.   

⭐ Everybody has a pelvic floor.   The talk will go far beyond squeeze and lift, and you will learn about how to get the pelvic floor to do it's job properly - so that you can be healthy, active and fit. So that for years to come you've got a solid, strong and dependable body which does not let you down when you jump, laugh or sneeze!  

During the workshop you will learn:  

⭐ How to locate and REALLY exercise your Pelvic Floor muscles. 

⭐ Types of dysfunction 

⭐ What your Pelvic Floor Strength has to do with Lower Back Pain 

⭐ How to have a ‘better belly’ and core strength at ANY AGE!! 

⭐ What is Diastasis Recti and how to check if you have it? 

⭐ The Kegel Continuum – yes we will be doing some movement!! 

⭐ The Science behind movement-based pelvic floor exercise 

⭐ The important of posture and breathing on pelvic health  

Questions and Answers session (and cake!)  There will be some practical at the end, (wear comfortable clothing, but full on active wear is not essential), so that you can walk out of the session knowing how to connect with your pelvic floor and co-ordinate it with the rest of your core.   

At the very end, while having more tea and cakes, you will be able to ask Amy any questions that have come up during the morning.  

If you feel self conscious, there will be a chance to book a free pelvic floor SOS call where Amy will answer your questions in private instead. :)
