What Happens in Class?
We offer dynamic sessions that cater to your strength and fitness goals. Here's what you can look forward to:
Mobility Exercises: We prioritize mobility to enhance your flexibility, range of motion, and overall physical function. Say goodbye to stiffness and hello to fluid movement, to prepare you for the workout ahead.
Strength Training: Get ready to lift weights and build lean muscle. Our carefully crafted workouts target different muscle groups to help you become stronger and more resilient.
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): Prepare for heart-pumping HIIT sessions that boost your cardiovascular fitness and metabolism. HIIT is the perfect way to burn calories and get that endorphin rush.
Quick Workouts: We understand that your time is precious. That's why our 30-minute workouts are efficient and effective, ensuring you get the most out of each session.

What do I Need to Bring?
To fully enjoy and maximize your online bootcamp experience, you'll need a few essential items:
Dumbbells or Resistance Bands: We recommend having a set of dumbbells or resistance bands to challenge yourself during strength training exercises. Choose weights that are suitable for your fitness level and allow you to complete the session comfortably, while being sufficiently challenging. A weight that you can lift without breath holding is best.
Water Bottle: Staying hydrated during your workouts is crucial. Keep a water bottle nearby to sip on throughout the session.
Comfortable Workout Attire: Dress in comfortable, moisture-wicking workout clothes to ensure you can move freely.
Device with Internet Access: Since this is an online bootcamp, you'll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection to access our virtual sessions.
Optional Additions:
Kettlebells: Sometimes I will do exercises that are better suited to a kettlebell. Dumbbells will also work if that's all you have.
Yoga Mat or Exercise Mat: If you're on a hard surface, a yoga mat or exercise mat will provide the support you need.
Supportive athletic shoes: I tend to work barefoot, but everyone is different.
